StudioPlus Software Announces the Acquisition of PhotoOne Software

Matthew Hunt, CEO of StudioPlus Software, and Stuart MacFaddin, CEO of PhotoOne Software, are pleased to announce that effective October 19th, 2010, StudioPlus Software is acquiring PhotoOne Software.

The power and innovation of the leading and award-winning studio management software companies are combining to provide the most diverse and cutting edge products for every size professional photography studio.

According to CEO Matthew Hunt, the primary goal of this acquisition is to combine the resources and expertise of both companies to better serve the photographic industry. Matthew Hunt, founder and CEO of StudioPlus Software will remain CEO. Stuart MacFaddin, the current CEO of PhotoOne Software will become the new Vice-President of Online Solutions for StudioPlus Software.
